Online databases
The Swinburne Library subscribes to a large number of online databases and journals. These can be accessed through the Library Databases web page.
How you can use the material contained in databases depends on the agreement Swinburne has with the database vendor. Therefore you may have different rights to use material available in online databases than you do under copyright legislation, and different databases will of course have different licences and different sets of terms and conditions.
Generally the database interface makes it clear what forms of usage are permitted. Look for a "Terms and Conditions" link, or contact the Copyright Office if you are unsure.
