Before you submit a complaint
Have you attempted Local Resolution? In most cases attempts to resolve a matter should first be made at the local level, directly with the relevant organisational unit.
For example, for reassessment requests you should firstly approach your academic unit. Similarly, you should initially approach Student HQ with enrolment and course advice issues. Attempting Local Resolution in the first instance may help your matter be resolved with ease and in a timely manner
