Swinburne is committed to providing the best possible educational experience. As part of this commitment, we welcome feedback to assist us to continuously improve the quality of teaching, administrative and support services. Your feedback may take the form of a complaint, compliment or suggestion.

How to Leave Feedback

Should you wish to provide us with a complaint, compliment or suggestion we encourage you to submit your feedback using our feedback form.

Once you submit your feedback you will receive an automated response confirming successful submission of your feedback. For more details on how your feedback will be processed, please see our People, Culture and Integrity Policy.

Before you submit a complaint

Have you attempted Local Resolution? In most cases attempts to resolve a matter should first be made at the local level, directly with the relevant organisational unit.

For example, for reassessment requests you should firstly approach your academic unit. Similarly, you should initially approach Student HQ with enrolment and course advice issues. Attempting Local Resolution in the first instance may help your matter be resolved with ease and in a timely manner
