Paying your fees


bulletIt’s never been easier to pay your fees!
Electronic payment is now Swinburne’s preferred form of payment for your course fees:

Pay online through SwinLink www.swin.edu.au/swinlink (save time, no queuing)
OR
OR Credit card and EFTPOS at any branch of Westpac bank
OR
Credit card and EFTPOS at Swinburne Cashiers (located in your Student Information Centre)

bulletFor Higher Education Students

If you are enrolled in a Commonwealth Supported Place and are eligible for HECS-HELP assistance, you may choose to either:
Make a full up-front payment of your student contribution amounts for all the units of study you are enrolled in as a Commonwealth supported student that have the same census date. You will receive a 20% discount;
Pay part of your student contribution amount up-front, receive a 20% discount for any payments totalling $500 or more for units with the same census date, and obtain a HECS-HELP loan for the remainder; or
Obtain a HECS-HELP loan for the full amount of your student contribution amount.
If you are not eligible for HECS-HELP then you must make a full up-front payment of your tuition fees.

If you are enrolled in an Undergraduate or Postgraduate Full Fee Paying Place and are eligible for FEE-HELP assistance, you may choose to either:
Make a full up-front payment of your tuition fees for all the units of study you are enrolled in as a Commonwealth supported student that have the same census date; or
Pay part of your tuition fees up-front, and obtain a FEE-HELP loan for the remainder; or
Obtain a FEE-HELP loan for the full amount of your tuition fees.
If you are not eligible for FEE-HELP then you must make a full up-front payment of your tuition fees.
