Swinburne Tummasiri - Laem Chabang School of Engineering: Swinburne-Tummasiri LCSE is a modern and dynamic educational institution providing high quality courses in an environment which encourages students to achieve excellence in their studies. It is known as one of Swinburne University of Technology's most innovative institutions of vocational education. Located in Thailand, it offers a unique combination of academic and vocational skills in a modern and caring environment.

Swinburne-Tummasiri LCSE is a very new facility, strategically located in the Laem Chabang Industrial Estate, Chonburi. It was established in 1997 as a joint venture between the Technology Supply Group of Companies, Bangkok, Thailand and Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia.

Our aim is to create an institution of international standard which provides Engineering, Technology and Business Management programs taught in English. The courses strive to focus on practical skills through competency-based instruction in modern workshops. Students are also sent in to local companies for industrial placement. This practical emphasis results in our school producing students who are already experienced in good industrial practice before they graduate to the job market.

Swinburne-Tummasiri LCSE programs represent the first two years of degree programs available through Swinburne University of Technology Australia, Swinburne Sarawak Institute of Technology Malaysia and Burapha University Thailand.

The school provides three higher diploma courses, Engineering, Applied Science and Business Management. The teaching curricula and courses are all from Swinburne University, which has built a reputation since the beginning of this century as one of the most respected universities of technology in Australia.
