Print, copy and scan
Printing, photocopy and scanning facilities are available at each campus library. There are instructions beside every printer and copier but if you need help, you can go to the service desk or ask a Rover.
Buy a copy card
- Buy a $2 rechargeable copy card from a vending machine in the library.
- Cards are issued with 77cents credit.
- The vending machines do not give change.
- EFTPOS is available.
- Copy cards can also be used to pay your fines.
- Print your document as normal.
- Take your copy card to the printer.
- Select your document on the screen and click print.
- Swipe your copy card.
Copy
- Swipe your copy card to unlock the copier.
- You must abide by the conditions of the Copyright Act as displayed near the copier.

Visitors who are not Swinburne students or staff, who wish to copy or print only a few pages, may borrow a visitors copy card from the service desk. It is issued without credit and the visitor is required to add credit by using one of the vending machines.
