Save and manage records in your eshelf
Your eshelf is a personal space in Supersearch where you can save records and organise them into folders.
Adding records to your eshelf
Do a search in Metasearch or Quicksearch.
The Add to basket icon appears on the Brief view, Table view and Full view screens. Click to add the record to your basket. The icon changes to indicate that the record is now in your basket
Continue adding records to your basket. When you are done click My Space on the menu bar.

When you click My Space, Supersearch displays your eshelf by default. In the Folder dropdown list, your Basket will be selected.
To save all records in your basket to a new folder
Click the Save icon . Enter a name for the new folder. All records in your basket are saved to the new folder (they are still in your basket as well).
There is a limit of 500 records that may be added to your basket or to one of your folders. You can have an unlimited number of folders.

To save selected records in your basket to a new folder or an existing folder
Click Advanced. The double pane screen shows your folders on the left side and your basket on the right side.
Click the checkboxes to select records from your basket to move into a folder.
In the left pane, select an existing folder from the Folder dropdown list, or click to create a new folder.
Click the arrow to copy the selected records from the basket to the selected folder.
Records are not deleted automatically from your basket when you copy them to a folder, so you can copy records into multiple folders.
To delete records and folders
Click to delete a record.
Click to delete all records from your basket or delete a folder and its contents.
To rename a folder
Click to rename a folder.
