I maintain the Media and Communications site and have developed and designed sites for a range of organisations including:

Fibreculture, Palace Films (including Australian Rules and the award winning Australian film, Lantana) ,Japanese Story Takeaway - the movie, Chunky Move, Film Victoria, Multimedia 21, State Film Theatre, Melbourne International Film Festival , digita, Social Housing Internet Network, South Aust. Community Housing Ass'n Residential Tenancies Tribunal Conference, INFOG '97 for the Australian Film Institute

I'm also a facilitator for Fibreculture, maintain the Newmedia-edu site and designed the new Fibreculture Journal.


I teach in the discipline of Media and Communications at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.

My research interests include critical theory and new media, media production, alternative media practices and authoring for new media such as the World Wide Web.

My project Halflives recently toured in Elastic (curated by the CCP & Interact 2002/3) and was archived by the National Library as a site of national significance in the PANDORA archive.

I was on the editorial board of Mesh, the journal of eXperimenta media arts. We prepared the first two online editions of Mesh. I am the Editor for the forthcoming issue of Mesh #18 Vanishing Point.

I write regularly for Realtime magazine, have written for Mesh and Metro magazine and assisted with the curation of a catalogue for the Australian Film Commission entitled "digital media '99".
