INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADVISORY GROUP (ISAG) AND POSTGRADUATE STUDENT ADVISORY GROUP (PSAG)
|
|
The International Student Advisory Group and the Postgraduate Student Advisory Group meet to discuss and raise issues of interest or concern to their respective cohort.
Issues raised are then taken via the International Student Representative or Postgraduate Student Representative to the SSAA Board.
SSAA organises social activities to encourage these groups to develop strong, supportive social networks. Participants are offered training, workshops and other opportunities as part of the Student Leadership and Volunteer Program.
The International Student Advisory Group and the Postgraduate Student Advisory Group offer students a chance to meet one another and actively engage in campus life. In 2008 or events such as Movie nights, international trivia competitions, trips to Ballarat and to swim with the dolphins, white-water rafting and other social activities help students create strong social networks.
