Student Residences - Visitor Accommodation

Whether you are a visiting academic, parent, alumni, education agent, prospective student, postgraduate student or new University employee, Swinburne has a visitor accommodation option that will suit your needs. We offer four fully furnished apartments that are available for short term rent. Of these, two are fully equipped VIP Suites that are town-house style and offer two bedrooms and a separate study, are fully air-conditioned and serviced three times a week. The other two Guest Apartments located on Wakefield Street and Park Street are single level apartments. These also come fully-furnished and are cleaned once a week.
