WACE is processing both online and mail-in registration for the conference for delegates outside of The People's Republic of China . For delegates within The People's Republic of China , please register through the following link at:

We ask that a reservation form be completed and submitted for each individual attendee of the conference, either online or by mail.

We are accepting payment by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express).

You will receive a payment confirmation from WACE by email after approval is received by your choice of payment.

VISA Information

Please liaise with your local Chinese Embassy or Consulate Office to enquire about obtaining a VISA for entry into China well in advance, as some VISA's may take up to 2 months to be issued!
